No, Part time courses are never considered as equal to regular in any discipline.

At the time of recruitments/ selection for  ajob the candidates with part time degrees are given a secondary weightage and the firat preference is given to the regular candidates, so you better join a reputed institution and start pursuing your M.Tech, try at – Bangalore Inst of TEch, BAngalore,.........................Shiv NAdar Uni, Dadri,.......................Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,............................BIT, Sindri, Dhanbad
