what is the cutoff for iitjee2013 in 12th class ISC board that is how many percentage marks shold be secured to be eligible for appearing in IIT-JEE2013 AND WILL ONLY MARKS OF pcm will be considered?

It will be around 30%-35% of the total score and yes only the marks of PCM will only be considered.
