cose your eyes and go for IIIT H cse...it is comparable to IIT B CSE or i shud say better in some sense...it records the highest average pakage of aroud 9.6 lakhs every year which is of course a lakh higher than IIT B cse....it has the world class faculty comparable to that of IIT B with A.P.J. Abdul Kalam as the college supremo in academics...it has the highest patents amongst all computer science departments in the country...it has the most number of live projects running during summers with professors from famous IVY leagus called at regular intervals to give lectures...i hope you understand what i mean..if you still dont beleive about the level of IIIT H i would suggest you to take a look at their statistics from their website ,talk to their placement co-ordinator,look at this years ACM-ICPC RESULTS(it is the most prestigious coding competition in which institutions from all over the world including IITs,MITs,Harvards participate after being selected through various regional competitions) and you will see IIIT H above any other IITs or amongst top 20 insitutions of the world in this field...and you dont need a better proof for an institutions cse level than this...
