Yes it is necessary that it have same dimensions. nd no it is not necessary that all same dimensions have same units bcause units can vary . it can be m/cm/ft etc. for length

Yes! Quantities having same units must have same dimension formula. No. Quantities having same diemsions need not be having same units.
