If Vector B is added to Vector A, under what condition does the resultant Vector A+B have magnitude A + B? under what condition is the resultant Vector equal to Zero?
How to solve this question algebrically?? just want to verify my calculation! :)
Dear chanchal,
1)When the angle between A and B is 90 degree,the resultant is A+B only.
2)When they are in opposite directions but equal in magnitude, the resultant comes out to be zero.
