The best option at your rank is Electrical @ IIT-D .. You may get cse @ kharagpur but still electrical @ IIT d is preferred. IIT D is among the top three IITs in india as far as placements are concerned.. So go for IT . All the Best !

First of all don't take any decide on any thing expecting high package etc. Any branch in IITs can fetch you good package job , if you do your studies well. As regard to the braches of your choice , my advice is Electrical because you can become a computer professional after electrical but not easy to become an electrical engineer after CS. Hope you got it right.
