Dear Kshitij

Firstly Salary depends on which company you are going.For the same work some companies give more salary and some less.And it also depends on your place of work.If the cost of living is more in that company pays more.

On an average In general

CSE>EEE=ECE>Mech>Production engg..And I should say remaning all are almost same.It just depends on candidate's capability.
