sir , i have opted for the biology+mathematics stream in my school , although my main focus is the JEE entrance exam . though i know that biology will be time consuming , i feel that not taking biology will close an entire avenue of oppurtunities for me . will it be possible for me to study maths and bio together and yet score good marks and hope for a very good rank in the JEE examination .

It will be very difficult to clear jee while you are reading biology. So focus on one thing bio or maths. Both together will create problems for you.
