avoid the last minute preparation , in last minute u need to only take appropraite sleep and reach the exam center on time . 
and always avoid the last minute cramming , that will not help in kvpy , generally whatever u will study in the last day , kvpy will not ask that , 
so, in last day just look upon the imp formula onjce , and if u have more time then just keep a look upon the last year paper pattern and have a mindset which section to attempt first . 
and always planned up yourself that what u will gng to do in exam , which section to start , and how to complete paper on time .
