dx=2at dt dy=2bt dt So velocity along X is 2at and along Y is 2bt. So net velocity is the square root of the sum of the squares of the two. So velocity is 2t×((a^2)+(b^2)). Ask doubts if any. Thank you. Please approve the answer.
