As per the previous yr trends u can get mech in hyd and goa campuses. There is also a slight possibility of getting electronics and instrumentation in Goa , but i think this yr the cut offs wud go up from the previous yrs specially for BIT Hyd, as last yr it ws a newly introduced institute and students hesitated getting into , but this yr , it might nt be the case.
Among these options i think u should opt fr Mech in Goa as ur top choice , and then go fr BITS Hyd, even if u get a better branch. The foll is the cut off list fr last yr. :
