Hi Rishika,
lim x-> 0- is -2 as when x is very much less than 0 it approaches -2
similarly lim x-->0+ is -1 and lim x-->2- is 7

You can see that the sunction is discontinuous at point 2 , 
S the function is discontinuous at 2 . 
Limit does not exist .
