for find out the critical point of the function where it cross the intiger point
x =1/2 ,1,2,4
these are the critical point
1 . at x=1/2
y = [log21/2]
=-1
2. for 1/2<x <1
-1<log2x <0
and [log2x]=-1
3 . for 1 ≤x<2
0≤ log2x <1
and [log2x]=0
4 . for 2 ≤x<4
1 ≤ log2x <2
and [log2x]=1
5 at x=4
log2x =2
and [log2x] =2
