there is a branch with code D5216 (COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING WITH M TECH). Should i prefer it over roorkee cse and kharagpur cse?

if you r getting kgp cse, please take it. dual degree is not bad especially at delhi, but many people cant wait for an extra year. in my opinion:

kgp cse>delhi dual cse>>roorkee cse

frankly it all comes down to student quality and determination to succeed in the given career chosen. all your choices are equally good, look at how far it is from home also. so you can take anyone (kgp or delhi then roorkee).
