Sir are both Electrical and Electrical (Power) same with respect to placement and package and can i surely write IES with Electrical (Power) ?

Hello student,
Yes both are same and you can write IES with the same.
But in power electrical part will only be there unlike in electrical in which both electrical and electronics will be covered.
