If I got 10 marks in paper1 physics and paper2 I got 30 marks in physics am I qualified or not please tell me

Dear student 
I think you are talking about JEE. 
Qualifying marks are different for different year papers of JEE.
The qualifying marks, ranks are written on score card, so check from there. 
It's not physics but aggregate that decides the qualification.
