No it is difficult to get into NIT Warangal with this rank for thses 2 branches. The closing rank was 569 under Andhra pradesh Quota for CSE branch and 900 for ECE branch.
You can try other NIT’s.

Is there any possibility to get a seat in ECE OR CSE in any NIT
