Which optin is best either single in IIT Guwahati, Roorkee or dual in old 5 IITs

in a dual degree you get btech and mtech degrees in 5 years instead of 6 years.if u r interested in doing mtech then opt for it bcause if u do only btech then u have to qualify gate to get an mtech from iit which is also a tough exam.but the reality is that no company needs so much of specialisation in any branch.so always they will prefer btech students.
