Sir,I have secured a rank of 205.I am thinking of pursuing EE from IITK or CSE from IITKGP.Which one would be better?

IIT kanpur and Kharagpur,  both are the top engineering collages .. here both the options are best .. now i wud advise you to go with the branch of your choice ..
