IgM is the major antibody produced in the primary immune response and it exists as part of the B-cell antigen receptor on the surface of B cells, and as a secreted glycoprotein. Sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) is used to obtain the combinations of molecular masses of polypeptides from purified human IgM. The combinations obtained from SDS-PAGE are 70kDa, 25kDa and 15kDa.
So, the answer is B.
