Hai Vans goyal,
Transpiration rate is influenced by temperature and sunlight.
More temperature more is the transpiration rate.
So duing summer the mid day temperature is higher and causes the traspiratiion rate to increase to its maximum rate. This can be related to evaporation of water in leaf parenchyma.
Similarly as per light In winter the Transpiration rate will be minimum during nights.
Similarly among the C3 and C4 plants the C3 plants are less influenced than C4 plants response towards the temperature.

In winter season the transpiration rate is minimum....it it because in summer season the transpiration rate is high due to high temperature.... but in the winter season the transpiration rate is low due to low temperature.....so in the winter season the transpiration rate is the lowest.....
