x^3y + xy^3 + 4
xy (x^2 + y^2) +4
 
but 
x^2 + y^2 = 1 – xy
 
hence
xy (1 – xy) + 4
 
xy – x^2y^2 + 4
 
hence minimum value I thnk should be 4
