what are concylic points ,,in some books it is given that m1*m2=1 for concylice point if aline touch at cordinate axis....?plz tell me the meaning of it?

Concylic points means points that are lying on the same circle.There is no such formula to find concylic form.There is one thing that these points will satisfy the equation of circle.
