Let the old line be L. Mirror line be called I, New line be N:
Case i)
If the lines are parallel:
The new line has the slope of the L.
Take the image of any point on L wrt to I.
Use slope one point form to find N.
Case ii) They intersect.
Find Point of intersection.
Take image of any point on L in I.
Use slope two point form.
