Total no. of of terms in the expansion of (x+a)^100 + (x-a)^100 after simplication is?

and how is the answer - 50 if simplication is

2(X100+100c2 x98 a2 + 100c4 x96 a4+….+100c100 a 100)

hey the ans of your question is 51 not 50

after simplification its going to be

2(X100+100c x98 a2 + 100cx96 a4+….+100c100 100)

from  a2 - a100 there are 50 terms but you forgot the first term so the ans is 51.
