Donot target AIR 1 from now , even the toppers doesnot target the AIR before the examination , 
and in that case if u will target then that will pressure your mind and u will get nervous , so, by that u cannot give your full potential or effort in the exam . 
Truly speaking , if For air 1 u need at least 690-710 . 
so, now u are in 544 , there should not be any limitation for test taking , attempt atleast 2-3 mock test per day . and try not to repeat those mistakes again . 
and remember , the question that u are practicing are of neet level , beacuse practicing easy ques might give u good marks in mock test . 
and i told u how to practice , ryt ?? take 10 xerox copy of OMR sheet and do in that , so, that u can analyse how much time are taking in bubbling the option . 
and also revise that topics in which u are getting answers wrong . 
u can surely get over 650 , and thats a very good score . 
MOST IMPORTANTLY , DONOT LOOSE YOUR SLEEP AND EATING HABIT , THATS VERY IMP .
