Sir acc. to video lectures of coordination compounds...,ligand inside coordination sphere satisfy only 2° valency......bt actually then there will be different oxidation state of central atom ...in both cases i.e. when charged ligand is outside and inside the coordination sphere.........sir plz clarify my queries,☺☺☺☺
