If all the decomposers are removed from an ecosystem then There will be no recycling of nutrients such Nitrogen, Phosphorous, Sulphur, etc. as decomposers are responsible for most of the recycling which returns dead material to the soil in a form in which it can be reused. All the biodegradable waste will accumulate and this will cause environmental pollution. Hence mineral cycle will be stopped. Hence option B is correct.
