I m a 2 year dropper.so i cant drop more.i uv to take admission at govt engg college in my state.my question is will i get time 8 hours daily to study for neet while doing b tech civil?

As you said that you`re a two year dropper.You can`t take more drops.If you wanna pursue Civil Engineering in Govt College of State along with this Medical Entrance Examination NEET.In the First Year,As far as I knew that you can handle both of them but It depends on you.You will need to sacrifice some things.In fact,If you have interest in Civil Engineering then I think you should pursue the same with deep interest. Rather you can go with NEET too but You should take a Biology Subject in your 12th to be Eligible.
