I have bought dc pandey medical objective book for neet is it a good book and enough for neet.

Yes this is a good book and the questions available in it are Important for NEET points of view surely. But do keep doing NCERT books along with this if you want to get a better rank
Otherwise this combination of dc pandey and  NCERT is more then enough
