you should score at least 470++ marks to assure your seat in a good medical college. i hope you can achieve your goal

If u are going to appear neet phase 2 then try to score at least 500 above to ensure a seat in good govt medical college , this year private college also included in the system of NEET , so, getting a private collge is generally not affordable , 
for getting a good govt clg u need to score 500 above as a general candidate , and if some caste will be attached on the name then that will be lesser . 
go with your full preparation in neet phase 2 and attempt your best .
