according to the latest news a student can appear only 3 times in neet. if astudent who have already appeared in aipmt 3 times will be able to appear in neet 2017?

no , if u already attended aipmt 3 times , then you cannot attend neet 3 times , beacuse now a days neet is same as aipmt , just replaced by its name . 
this rule also mentioned in the same .
