Dear studnet 
Wheel making 20 revolution per second 
Means angular velocity = 20 rev/second
Time = 20 second 
angular acceleration = 20*2pi / 20 
We multiply by 2*pi because in 1 revolution , the wheel is covering this much radian.
so, angular acceleration = 2pi
