y = A sin ωt

ω= 2π/T , T is the period.

When y = 4m

4 = 5 sin ( 2π/4 ) *t1 =5 sin 1.571 t1

sin 1.571 t1 = 0.8

1.571 t1 =0.9272 radian

t1 = 0.590 s

When y = 2m

2 =5 sin 1.571 t2

t2 = 0.2619

Time difference is 0.59 - 0.26 = 0.33 s
