Jobs wise cse is better than ece but cse is rather boring subject and requires byhearting ece is quite logical and not bad in placement opportunities Based on that u have to decide
It depends on your interest. Both are good fields academically and also for good money later on. CSE has more programming and some electronics in it. Whereas ECE has electronics as a major part. Programming is not a major portion in it.
