Try to study about 6 hours daily(devoted to self study).
Study about 2 hours each subject. And imporatant- take breaks whenever u feel bored!
On Sundays do revision of whatever you studied in the week, so u will not forget it easily. Thats my approach.

There is no specific timetable that i can prepare for your use !
Only you must do it because you know who you are more than i do ...
So prepare your timetable for AIEEE in such a way that you give equal importance to all subjects each day !
An ideal timing would look like
Physics - 3hrs
Chemistry - 3hrs
Mathematics - 4hrs
Try to study subjects by changing them every 2 hours ! That way you will not tensed (or) stressed !
