NIT Warangal is surely a better college with much more repo as compared to BITS Hydearabad. BITS Hyderabad is a relatively much new institute and it would definitely take its time to establish itself as a good college as compared to NIT warangal which is considered the one of the top NITs in India , and is almost placed just after IITs.
if u see the surveys, then also NIT warangal is in the top 20 institutes in India, whereas BITS Hyd is nowhere around at present. NIT warangal has gt good placement records and has experienced faculty and alumnis to guide, whereas BITS Hyd lacks all this.
