Hint: Health ensures all around the well-being of a person. It explains the complete physical, mental, emotional and social well-being of a person and not just absence of disease or proper physique and ensures proper condition of a person’s mind and body and extent to which they are free from physical, emotional illness. Complete answer: Personal health is individual care and mostly curvature in nature. It is episodic and discontinuous. The patient regularly is the center of hold and a multi-disciplinary method is used. The personal maintenance is often exclusive and patient approval is compulsory. Equally the doctors look more preference and respect in carrying the maintenance. A person can conserve his/her fitness by taking proper food, consumption of clean water, perceiving personal and local hygiene, approving good lives and a well life-style, physical exercise repeatedly and peaceful etc. Community care on the other hand is generally domestic concerned and collection oriented. It is continuous and supportive. It is mainly, defensive care and the essential for public contribution are needed. It is reasonable and leads to long-term results; often it is related with less attraction and least reputation. It is also assigned to uncultured- origin level health employees. Community health comprises improving, maintaining and protecting the health of the whole community. Community health can be maintained by providing health education, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitary conditions by proper disposal of sewage, providing healthcare services, providing safe drinking water etc. Note: Good health or good hygiene is important as it helps prevent us from spreading germs and infectious diseases. The microbes that originate from many infections can be approved by approaching in local interaction with sick persons.
