In order for a wooden cabinet to move with an constant velocity,the net force cating on it must be zero.Since horizontal force applying on the cabinet is of 200N,therefore the frictional force on the cabinet must be 200N also.Then only the net force will be zero and the cabinet moves with constant velocity.
