Rex Things throws his mother's crystal vase vertically upwards with an initial velocity of 26.2m/s. Determine the height to which the vase will rise above its initial height.

The initial height of the vase is the top most point of its motion and at that point velocity reaches to zero. So, the final velocity is v=0m/s.

Here, acceleration is a=g=9.8m/s2 (minus sign for the motion against gravity)
Initial velocity is u=26.2m/s.
If h be the required height.
Using formula v^2
