Yes, it is possible to keep the volume constant while changing the pressure and temperature. 

Pressure and temperature are inversely proportional. So, if the volume has to be left constant, 

1. with increase in pressure, temperature should be decreased.

2. with decrease in pressure, temperature should be increased.
