How is hammer a more complex tool than a screw?

Hammer and screw both are the types of simple machine.Simple machine is a single mechanical device that uses energy to perform or help to perform human task.Simple machine included two type of families of machines.
1.Lever family- Hammer is the first type of levers.Lever is an stiff structure that pivits on a support called a fulcrum.Fulcrum, is usually long and input force is given at a distance from fulcrum,and output is on the other side but,much closer to the fulcrum.We get an increased amount of force but usable only over a shorter distance.
2.Inclined family- Screws comes under this category.Screws are inclined plane wrapped around a cylinder.They also act like wedge albeit with just one edge to separate things.The more gentle the curvings ,lesser force will be needed but it is needed over a long distance.
Thus we can say that hammers are more complex than screws.
