Calculate the wavelength in angstrom of photon that is emitted when an e~ in Bohr orbit n=2 returns to the orbit n=l. The ionization potential of the ground state of hydrogen atom is 2.17x10~n erg/atom.

There are two ways to solve this :
1.Use the rydbergs equation to solve this question
                              OR
2.Calculate the energy difference between the two orbits and equate it hc/L  , where L is wavelength
and subsequently you can calculate the value of L.

P.S-Actually both the methods are same but in the first one we use direct formula.
