Option (a) is correct here
By BODMAS rule,
(–43) × (–99) + 43 = [(–43) × (–99)] + 43
= 4257 + 43
= 4300

Applying BODMAS,
(-43)×(-99) + 43 
= [(-43)×(-99)] + 43
= 4357 + 43
= 4300
