You know that frequency is a property of source f Lite and it does not depend on the medium which it is traveling through whether it is water air or glass or any other medium frequency will be remaining same if your wavelength is given in a medium then you have just have to calculate frequency by speed of light divided by wavelength there is a frequency 
=6.6 × 10^14
