Let `v` be the constant speed and `r` be the radius of circlic path . Since constant speed is being undergone, speed remains the same in both the conditions.i.e.Speed after 1/4 revolution = v =Speed after 1/2 revolution . But since velocity being a vector quantity ,changes with direction . And again this too is independent of time or amount of revolution and is governed by Velocity=(v^2)/r.
