First find the distance of BD by subtracting the both values.BD = 4.Now calculate AD:BD.It will 2:10.By bpt theorem the ratio of AE:EC is also going to be same.So your answer is 2:10.

first substract ab from ad to find db then by bpt theorm we can write ad:db=ae:ec,we know the value of ad and db put the value and get the answer the ratio of ae:ec=2:7
