if they give this type of diagrams how can we find out equation for that diagram and how can we find out the moment of inertia with respect to X-axis and Y-axis?

This problem is not in JEE syllabus. As you can see in this 2 c-section are used for this you need to refer standard steel tables. So no need to worry about it. Anyway if you choose civil engg. this problem will be taught in one of the course.
