I feel that choose your branch wisely. College does matter but at the end you will work in the field you choose, whether you want to get a job or open your own company. If you love what you study and what you do, you'll excel no matter where you are.

Both are at par actually,,,,do one thing, visit the official weblinks of both the institutions and check admission related details like fee structure, infrastructure, eligibility formalities, students’ intake and drop out rate, placement data and pay packages and wherever you find better data, go for that,..........otherwise visit some other reputed institutions where you can find the relevant details and may choose to pursue degree from there, these names may be mentioned here – College of Engg, Roorkee, Roorkee,.........Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,...........DTU, Delhi,............BIT Sindri, Dhanbad
