sir i got all india 17106 rank in aiee .which college and which course will be best. i am from andhra pradesh .pls tell that how many choices i am gonna get after locking of 352 choices that r available . pls suggest me.
How come 352 choices. My AIR is 23176 and I am getting 363 choices.

At this rank of yours you will have to compromise with both the branch and the college you will be getting. Try to prefer some core branch at a decent NITs as you wont be getting into the best or the good ones with a good branch.
